From time to time, RDU Shuttles may operate a customer referral program in which existing customers can earn a discount or credit on future trips by referring new customers to our service. If such a program is active, the following applies:

  • The referring customer receives a benefit (such as a trip credit or discount) only when the referred customer completes a qualifying booking.
  • The referred customer is not charged any additional fee as a result of a referral.
  • Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
  • RDU Shuttles reserves the right to modify or end any referral program at any time.

Third-Party Partnerships

RDU Shuttles may occasionally partner with local hotels, event venues, or corporate travel coordinators to offer our transportation services to their guests or clients. In some cases, a referral fee may be paid to a partner for directing customers to us. These arrangements do not affect the pricing you pay — all estimates and fares are quoted clearly and transparently at the time of booking.
