Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any transportation services provided by RDU Shuttles. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

RDU Shuttles provides airport transportation services to and from Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) and throughout the Triangle area, including Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Morrisville, Chapel Hill, Research Triangle Park, Wake County, and surrounding communities. We are a service-area business and do not operate a staffed public office.

2. Reservations and Booking

All reservations must be confirmed with a member of our team by phone or through our website. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from RDU Shuttles. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are provided as estimates and confirmed at booking. Pricing is based on pickup location, destination, distance, and number of passengers. All prices are quoted in US dollars. Payment is due as agreed upon confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if trip details change significantly from those originally quoted.

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup: No charge; full refund if pre-paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: A cancellation fee may apply. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
  • No-shows: Full trip fare applies if the customer is not at the confirmed pickup location and has not contacted us.
  • Changes to bookings are subject to driver availability and should be communicated as early as possible.

5. Pickup and Timing

We make every effort to arrive at or before the scheduled pickup time. Customers should be ready at the designated pickup location at the confirmed time. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures) do not constitute a breach of these terms. For airport departures, we recommend confirming pickup time with us to allow appropriate travel time.

6. Flight Monitoring

For airport pickups, we monitor incoming flight status and will adjust the scheduled pickup time for reasonable delays at no extra charge. Customers should notify us of flight number and airline at the time of booking.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful, lawful manner. RDU Shuttles reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger exhibiting dangerous, threatening, or disruptive behavior. Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol or controlled substances in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.

8. Luggage and Personal Property

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate passenger luggage. RDU Shuttles is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal items left in or transported by our vehicles. Please report any lost items as soon as possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

RDU Shuttles' liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific trip in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including missed flights, lost business opportunities, or costs arising from delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
